Björn Gustafsson is on stage for the first time all by himself with the show “Björn Gustafsson Live”. Or he is not completely alone, with him he has his brother Oscar Gustafsson on vocals, keyboards, guitar and his cousin Jonas Bleckman on cello. On a stage decorated for a Las Vegas show, they move between Björn’s stream of consciousness monologues interspersed with potential superhits and physical numbers we haven’t seen on a modern stage in a long time.
One number starts before the other has finished, all delivered, to quote a reviewer; “with such timing that you have to hold on to your seat so that it doesn’t bounce with laughter”. GP writes “…an insight into Romelanda’s messiest humorist and absolutely fantastically funny” and DN thinks that “Björn Gustafsson is so lovable on stage that you just want to kiss him”.
