How do I buy a ticket?
Tickets are purchased directly through the organiser of each event. The arena does not sell tickets.

Please note: Do not buy tickets second-hand unless you are completely sure they are genuine. Always bring a valid ticket and ID.

When is the arena open
The arena has no fixed opening hours. We are open in connection with sports and cultural events, training sessions, and booked activities.

How do I get to the arena by public transport?
You can take the train to Lund Central Station (Lund C) or Klostergården Station. There are also bus stops close to the arena.

Where can I park?
The area around the arena is car-free. Parking is available at Arena Park, Stadsparksgatan 12. From there, a pedestrian bridge leads directly to the arena.

Please note that the area behind the arena is reserved for loading and emergency access only.


Are there accessible parking spaces?
Accessible parking spaces are available in the Arena Park parking garage.

How accessible is the arena?
The arena is accessible for wheelchair users.

  • All main entrances are wheelchair accessible
  • Elevators are available between floors
  • Accessible toilets are located near the public areas


How do I book a wheelchair space?
Wheelchair spaces must be booked through the organiser’s ticket provider.
Booking information is available from the ticket provider for each event.


Is there a hearing loop?
Yes, a hearing loop system is available along the long sides of the event hall (Hall A).

To use the hearing loop, you must book a seat along the long side.
The system does not work on the floor level or short sides.

Can I bring a service dog?
Yes, service dogs are welcome. No other animals are allowed.

Please note that service dogs must be clearly identifiable according to current regulations.

Cloakroom
The cloakroom is located near the main entrance. During concerts and larger events, it is usually open.
Always check the event page for details.

For a smooth and safe experience, we recommend leaving outerwear in the cloakroom.

Please note that the arena and organiser are not responsible for valuables.

Are there lockers?
No, there are no lockers inside or outside the arena.

Can I bring a bag?
Large bags, such as sports bags and backpacks, are not allowed. Smaller handbags are permitted unless a bag ban is in place.

The Swedish Police Authority decides on bag bans. The organiser will inform visitors if special rules apply.

Is there anything I’m not allowed to bring?
The following items are not permitted:

  • Electric scooters or electric bicycles
  • Batteries for electric scooters or bicycles
  • Bottles, cans, or drink containers
  • Selfie sticks
  • Audio or video recording equipment
  • Umbrellas, laser pointers, or other items that may pose a security risk
  • Pets (except service dogs)

Can I take photos or record video?
Any restrictions regarding photography or filming will be communicated by the organiser in connection with the event.

Is food and drink available?
The arena does not have a permanent restaurant or kiosk.

During events, food and drinks may be offered by the organiser or temporary vendors. The selection may vary depending on the event.

How can I pay?
The arena is cash-free. Payment is made by bank card, and Swish is also accepted.

Please note: There are no ATMs inside the arena.

Lost something?

During training or a match:
Please contact the club or school responsible for the activity.

During an event:

Describe what you lost and which event it concerns.

Found items

  • Valuables are handed over to the police about one week after the event
  • Other items are stored for approximately one month

What is Lunds Stora Arenaloppis?

Lunds Stora Arenaloppis is a large indoor flea market at Sparbanken Skåne Arena. Here you’ll find clothes, accessories, toys, and lots of unique bargains for the whole family.

When is the next Arenaloppis?

Current dates are published on the Facebook page “Lunds Stora Arenaloppis” and under the Events section on this website.

What are the opening hours for visitors?

Opening hours are usually 10:00–13:00. Exact times are always stated in the event information.

How much is the entrance fee?

  • Entrance: 20 SEK
  • Children under 7: free
  • Payment by card or Swish

Is food and coffee available?

Yes, refreshments are available at Fridéns Café in the arena foyer.

Where can I park?

The area around the arena is car-free. Parking is available at Arena Park, Stadsparksgatan 12. A pedestrian bridge leads directly to the arena.

Find the Arena

Whether you walk, cycle, take public transport or drive a car, it’s always easy to get to Sparbanken Skåne Arena. The area around Sparbanken Skåne Arena is car-free, and cars are therefore directed to Stadsparksgången and the “Arena Park” parking garage.

Search your journey via train and bus through Skånetrafiken skanetrafiken.se to “Lund Arenan”.

Opening hours: 05.00am – 24.00pm

640 parking spaces distributed over 3 levels and the rear of the parking building.

Handicapped parking is available at the ice rink and one at the soccer field, otherwise handicapped parking is directed to Arena Park.

Disabled parking

Disabled parking at the arena is managed by the Culture & Leisure Administration and is available at the ice rink and one at the football pitch. Otherwise, disabled parking is referred to Arena Park.
