Two straight EM-finals, gold in the European Silver League 2022, silver in both the European Golden League and the Volleyball Challenger Cup 2023. With the success of recent years, Sweden’s volleyball ladies are now stretching the bow further and setting their sights on reaching the World Cup for the very first time. The road to the World Cup goes via the 2024 edition of the European Golden League, which will be decided in May and June at the Sparbanken Skåne Arena in Lund.
In the initial league phase, Sweden’s volleyball ladies play six matches against six different national teams. The first events are decided at home on May 17-19, when star-studded Belgium and Spain visit for matches three days in a row.
